2018/08/07 Request over debate dates fuels social media firestorm in Third District race
Yesterday, Courtney posted an open letter addressing Jim Banks’ disparaging personal attack on her as a single woman. In response to her request that he agree to four debates for this fall, he said, “Unlike Ms. Tritch, I have a family and a job…” He then responded to her open letter in an email to The Journal Gazette, stating:
“Tritch ‘is twisting my spokesperson’s comments yesterday to disparage my character.’”
But, as it turns out, the “spokesperson” responsible was actually Jim Banks. Watch the video below from Fort Wayne’s NBC and see for yourself:

2018/08/01 After Years of Quiet, Democratic Candidates Can’t Stop Talking About Health Care
Now, Ms. McCaskill asks the [pre-existing] question at every event. A few weeks ago, she mentioned the experience to her colleague Joe Donnelly of Indiana, another Democratic senator in a close race for re-election this year. His version — asking coal workers at a Boonville, Ind., rally how many knew someone with a pre-existing condition — ‘really moved me,’ Mr. Donnelly said.

There have been threats and violence in elections around the middle for years. But despite the very real threat, middle eastern citizens still vote! And here in America, over 100 million eligible voters simply choose to take this sacred act for granted. There is no more American act you can do, that’s been afforded to you through sacrifice, imprisonment, violence, and death – than voting. Vote!
Violence has erupted as millions head to the polls in Pakistan, with at least 31 dead in the worst attack, a bomb in the city of Quetta.
2018/07/16 Why A 15-Year-Old Boy Is Fighting To Be Seen As A Hate Crime Victim
At a “Third House Session” hosted by the Chamber of Commerce, both State Rep Curt Nisly and Dave Wolkins, State Representative said that there’s no need for a hate crimes law in Indiana because judges can already enhance sentences.
But they don’t.
30 days was the sentence for this horrific attack in New Haven.

Jim Banks doesn’t represent his constituents. He represents the corporate PAC with the largest campaign check. Click for more…
2018/07/09 It’s No Accident Americans Are Still Broke in a Booming Economy
A new report out this month from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) makes it clearer than ever that this dynamic of workers falling behind is not some kind of statistical aberration or case of bad luck. Policymakers in America have made it a hell of a lot harder, by design, to move up in the world compared to the way things work in other countries. And despite low unemployment and other signs of a booming economy, it’s probably only going to get worse from here.
