Travis is an attorney and owns the McConnell Law Office in Warsaw. He also founded his own non-profit One Warsaw-Celebrating Us! In addition to One Warsaw, Travis has previously served on the Board of Directors of the Beaman Home, Gradway, and the Northern Indiana Maternal Child Health Network. Currently, Travis is one of the Democratic members of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Merit Board.
