SYRACUSE – Congressional candidates Jamee Decio, running for the 2nd District, and Kelly Thompson, running for the 3rd District, along with Beau Bayh, candidate for secretary of state, and Jessica Bailey, candidate for state comptroller, were all guests aboard the S.S. Lillypad during the Kosciusko County Democrats’ ninth annual cruise, held Sunday, Aug. 16.
