Voting Rights of Felons in Indiana

Individuals incarcerated for a conviction are ineligible to vote while they are incarcerated. However, voting rights are automatically restored upon release from prison, and people on house-arrest, home-detention, parole or probation can vote. Ex-offenders must re-register to vote upon release.
